Dallas police now know what happened to 16-year-old Norman Prater after his disappearance in 1973. The 52-year-old case was the department's oldest missing persons cold case.
The Will County Sheriff's Office has returned Flint, Michigan resident Gilbert Bernal to the Will County Jail. He goes to court Monday.
